I’m Silvia Capra, a project manager specialized in sustainability for higher education institutions. I’m certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and that’s the angle I work from: not improvisation, but method.

I’ve been collaborating since 2019 with higher education and business schools in Spain on various projects. I now help institutions that need to move from a commitment declared in a boardroom to a real system of data, goals and results, whether to improve their position in rankings like THE or QS, or simply to bring order to how impact is measured and reported.
